Thanked: 237Well I remember everything up to my 6th or 7th shot of gentlemen(I had three 10% IPA tall boys before the liquor). I even took 2 back to back at one point. Cute bar tender filled em up to the rim, then bet me I couldn't take it without spilling a drop. She lost that bet haha, my hands are as steady as a surgeons. So I was out with 4 other good friends, they made sure I was safe and informed me that I had a good time, I trust them.
I have had knob Creek small batch maple. It was good, but it packs some burn. I'm learning to like burn more, as long as it doesn't have too much bite. I'm making liquor now, so sampling 140 proof out the tap has made me appreciate good tasting higher proof spirits. I may try knob Creek again just to see if my feelings towards it have changed. I'm hoping to make it to the Texas meet up. If I can go I'll try to make some all grain whiskey

Thanked: 2284Ok, I'll pick up a bottle of Knob Creek. I only have 1 Bourbon, so I think another is a must.
