I treat them all with the same love and respect. But honestly I think the Angels are getting a bigger share than me

I've had Ardbeg's Uigeadail and Corryvreckan expressions but not the 10 year old.

I'll probably buy a bottle of Ardbeg next time around, and obviously the 10 year old is the cheapest but is it as good as the other two, or will I be disappointed and wish I'd spent the money on a bottle of Uigeadail?

Also, Glenfarclas 105 is great for a relatively inexpensive dram! Needs plenty of water though.

Only one way to find out: get the 10yo and see for yourself!

I really do like the Uigedail, but I don't know if the difference is worth the markup, which is pretty steep here in Ontario. I have the advantage of a friend in town who has a bottle.

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

Opened an Aberlour 16 last night. I was a bit disappointed to be honest. Maybe it was just the Captain's Choice aftershave overwhelming the subtle scent and taste... I'll skip the a/s tonight I think.

    Cheers.

I like the Aberlour 16 ok, but not as well as the A'Bunadh. That's excellent.

I opened a new bottle of the Balvenie Caribbean Cask last night. Really good stuff.

I remember liking the highland park. I think I had the 18, but it's been a couple of years.

If you can, go for the 18yo. It is beautiful!
