I'm weighing in way late on this thread, but I've found that adding 10 drops of glycerin to my Ogallala Bay Rum soap make the best lather of any I have tried. I have Proraso, Cella, Razorock, St Charles and several Mama Bears. They are all good, but the OBR/glycerin combo is the best (for me).
