Thanks, I love my Henckels and am always on the lookout for an new one. Never seen a 19 before. This one came from a Dutch online market. It even has its factory bevel.

Just got this pair in today. They are pretty nice looking. Ivory scales.

I'm a little confused, because the country of production is not specified. But it's hard to believe that this one was made before 1891.
(There are no signs on the second side)
