Well I thought I might update you good gentlemen. I did as planned, a little bit of barbacide for a while, passed it over the 12K stropped on my red paste, stropped on the leater, prepped up and shaved off.

This was an awesome shave, I would go as far as to say my best smoothest shave so far, I'm liking the quacker

    Default Black Satin

Here is a pic of my very first Duck fix. It had broken scales when I got it so I figured I would try my hand at new scales. I used Gabon Ebony and transfered all the hardware. I hope you guys like it.

I also have a Grim Reaper I bought off Ebay the other day that also has a broken scale. My plans are to make it a brother to this one. I may do a Special #1, Satinbaby, Goldedge and Wonderedge to match. I just need 1 more model and I will have a Black Duck 7 day set.

Got this today. Looks kinda rough but I plan to put Ebony scales on it anyway. The markings look different than others I have seen. May be an early one.

I posted this pic in the restores section but I thought I would add it here too since it is the Uncle to the Black Satin.
