Sounds like I need to start looking for raffles? Those are sweet razors at absurd prices. I was shown a parker, nos, not sure what model but very similar razor and box as that one, for well over $300 usd.

The drawback of the raffle group... some folks can sell their stuff at much higher price than what it is worth. Victor has been gouging the community with hugely over inflated prices for a while.

Stefan is right people are missing the point because they only have to pay $10 a shot they forget the total combined cost is way overly inflated, I also don't really trust some of the people who run these groups.

Definite +1 there mate, some seller prices are well over the top & would be very hard pressed to justify to buy outright
NOS Kami's going for 50% higher than an outright buy price

Does anyone know the difference between a Hoshitombo 8000 vs the 8500?

I am not positive, but was thinking the 8000 is quarter hollow and the 8500 half hollow. But I have been wrong before!
