I recently rescaled my Torrey and just remembered the club so here she is! The golden pine sparkles but you can't see it in a pic, with a walnut wedge.

I have discovered Torrey razors as well! Great steel! Here is my Torrey "Ear of Corn" Celebrated and my Torrey "Swedish Razor"!

Thanked: 37
I just got this one. Was in great shape all I did was a few on the coticule and strop. Shaves great! It's my second Torrey.Arise, awake, and learn by approaching the exalted ones,
for that path is sharp as a razor’s edge, impassable,
and hard to go by, say the wise. Katha Upanishad – 1.3.14

Nothing fancy but the blades, even if not polished, make the renewal of a less than perfect one worth while!
Any are good but the little double fullered ones are my best shavers. After the long bout of honings and more honings to really set the edge! I like the look of them too!.
If you find the Torrey's in good condition, you won't need? many razors. a pair will do for a looooonnnng time! I just like to try different razors.
