I'm pretty new to straights still (4 months a few nicks and not looking back) but if 1914-1920 and the 40's tell me anything it's that I'd put " 'Murican Powa" over anything the Germans and English can make.

I say run the contest another week or two, Spendur. Gives time to get more involved. Surely we can get more entries from others of the same quality already put forth? The forum seems a bit slow these days. It is all about ideas and learning. American razors! Anyone else agree?
