I have this one more I was hoping someone could help me with as well please... Attachment 299821
Well I appreciate you taking a look at least my friend. It was a cheap pickup. I do know it's marked with the Yasuki steel symbols on the back, so I figured it was worth it either way...
A yasuki razor, or even a Japanese razor is always worth it 😉
can anyone makes out what these marks are?
Hi,
スエーデン鋼 = Swedish steel (Suēden-kō = Sweden steel)
This type of kamisori is said to be made by
大和橋正宗 Yamatobashi Masamune from Osaka (Ikuno) but at the moment it is not certain.
I cannot read the other kanji, perhaps バメ but what it means, don't know, sorry...
Can any of you guys help poor Ariana Grande? Looks like Google translate isn’t working for her.... :aargh:

Cheers, Steve
No amount of money can fix dumb.
Personally, as fouled up tattoos go, she could have done worse than winding up with: small charcoal grill.
:)
Help with the Kanji below would be greatly appreciated, sorry for the bad pic, tried to make the kanji as clear as possible.
Thanks in advance

Anyone recognize this?
Appears to be a sparrow on the tang.
Attachment 303696
IMHO it appears to be a swallow:
月燕 = Tsuki tsubame
月 = Moon
燕 = Swallow
Further, I do not know anything about this...
Regards
Thanks for the translation! I was only sure it was a bird. Sparrow was an educated guess. I'll see if I can find anything about Tsuki Tsubame.
Speaking of muffed up tattoos, when I was 17 I did something similar and got a Japanese lettering tat. Would like to get a cover up for it, however if it means something it would be cool to leave it, and add to it. It was supposed to mean love over hate symbolically or something. Would be cool to know I'm not walking around with something egregious on my body. Thanks for the help.
Attachment 305855
IMHO
恋 is indeed love
and
憎 is indeed hate
So in this way this literally means "love over hate"
Regards
Well that is just great news, thank you so much for help your my friend!!!

*Edited for grammar*

Not sure on the makers but on the top pic 玉鋼 is the kanji for Tamahagane.
Hi,
First is 寺正 = Teramasa
(right) 寺正特撰 = Teramasa tokusen = Teramasa special edition
(middle top) 特級 (?) = Tokkyū = special
(middle) 登録商標 = tōroku shōhyō = Registered Trademark
(middle, under) 寺正 = Teramasa
(middle, lowest) 玉鋼別打 = Tamahagane Betsu uchi = specially made Tamahagane
Second is a Yamamasa
録登 = Roku tō (registered)
^^正 = Yamamasa
請合 = ukea (guaranteed)
Indeed, it is! I think it is more to be interpreted as "Tamahagane steel, which is special" and not "a special kind of Tamahagane",
but this is just my idea...
You see these "special" markings everywhere on Japanese razors and -stones, it is just the same as the present time,
where everything is "amazing", and "the best", "most incredible", "super", and so on...
Just received this in the mail, do you mind translating for me?

Thanks a lot for this wonderful tread, would love to get a hand with this kanji.. Tried to do my homework as usual and figure it out by myself and using Fikira's blog, but I'm lost:
