    I went to take a look at mine as nothing stood out. I do have similar markings on one corner by the toe just above the edge (one side of the blade only). They are extremely slight which is why I hadn't noticed. By slight I mean I think some MAAS and a rag would make very short work of them.

    These are certainly not something I take issue with as I happen to have a simply fantastic blade, but of course now that I know they are there, I will be polishing them gently just to remove them.

    Sounds like a nice little project to save for the Denver meet if you can wait that long.

    Won't hurt me one bit to wait! I've had it for over a month and didn't notice it until I went searching...I am sure I can wait to fix what I didn't even know was there!

    Great. I think people will be interested in seeing a simple fix like this. I'll have my magnetic sanding jig and a full assortment of W/D that your welcome to use if you like.
