I was at a loss for words and am giddy with excitement. I knew you were going to do a great job but the end-result blew me away. Your last name refers to the wrong trade

I'm not a big fan of sets, but I guess I could live with a 7-day from Joe
As soon as I run through my rotation (got 2 more left), for testing purposes as they've been left for close to a month, while I was working in NV, I'm starting to grow my facial hair until this beauty&beast arrives. I think my coworkers are sick of me talking about it

While waiting for my new baby, I've been letting my facial hair grow since Saturday. It's been years since I've gone this long between shaves. I don't know what's worse, the facial itch or the impatience to get my hands on that thing of beauty

Thanked: 1587Hey Ilija - Looks like you can barely contain your excitement!
That's a good bit of stubble you've got going there. Your JoeC will need to hit the ground running.

I have faith in it as it was honed by the JC-man himself. Been lying in ambush for the mailman since Monday. It better arrive soon or I'll head on down to Canada Customs and start bustin' some heads
As for my looks, it's more about running on short rations of sleep, long rations of work and commuting to the diagonally opposite end of the city in world-famous Toronto gridlocks.

It just cleared customs last night at 9pm, which means it took them 4.5 days to clear it. That also means that it may arrive as early as tomorrow but considering how long they hung onto it, it may come in need of a honing and disinfection (in reverse order).

She finally arrived after a LOOOOOOOOONG wait. Ofcourse I couldn't resist shaving with it even though I knew I'd be late for work. Ah well lol...
-For starters, the workmanship is exquisite and she looks even better than on the pictures.
-Joe got it as sharp as I've ever gotten a blade and surprisingly customs people didn't mess up the edge. It was encouraging seeing the customs form label it as an "electric razor." This means they just checked the package for contraband and passed it on.
-The unusual size of the blade took some time to get used to. One distinct disadvantage it suffers over smaller blades of equal sharpness is that the downstroke in the moustache area is under a more extreme angle which makes it pull a bit. The advantage is that it mowed down a forrest of stubble with no effort.
-Overall, it's a superb shaver. Right up there with the Taylor's Eye Witness 6/8 and the Genco 9/16. The added charm of it being custom-made for me and by my specification will make it a permanent part of my and my grandkid's (assuming I have children and they children lol) rotation.
