Default Joe Chandler does it again.. Warning: Have a change of underwear handy!

Joe finally finished my 9/8 maple burl French-Point. It exceeded all of my expectations. I feel like I stole it. Now I'll let the pictures do the talking.

    Wow, Ilija!

Such beauty, the blade! I think I will need to get me one of these in the future (but smaller, and with some changes)

    Enjoy!

I wanted to have a large one since it's a custom and to be able to put a smug expression on my face and say "I have blades as big as 9/8, but that little 9/16 Genco is still one of my top 3 shavers"

I am actually worried that it may be too big?

One of my all-time favorites is 8/8, and I have another one, which is bigger. But my favorite size is 6/8 - 13/16 and that's what I ordered for my custom

    Cheers
    Ivo
