Forgive my ignorance, but what is all the fuss about this razor?
Also, can someone give an approx. value of postage to the UK when ordering from Rasurpur.de

It's a NOS heavy grind rzor. A smooth easy shaver.

I have three Le Grelot razors, two quarter and one full hollow. I'm glad I have them as it seems the cat is out of the bag.

They're not Pumas, but they are a very fine production razor.

Just ordered the Noir 1/4 ground, and some other bits (4 sided padle strop and the TI 7 day storage box).

No doubt! You could ask for a more simply elegant shaving device, but you probably wouldn't get it. Pure bizness.

Default I know this is a older post

Ok I have been shaving with a straight as most of you know for 6 months, its been slow but steady, and I am HAVING fun. Yesterday I received my new razor from rasurpur RasurPur Online Shop - The finest tools for a perfect shave and let me tell you its is great. I have many nice razor (too many according to my wife) but this one is without equal in my collection. It was 100 percent shave ready and let me just say it is without question the best shave I have had to date. I have a tough beard and this thing slid without effort across my face. I must thank the nice people from rasurpur. I wish they were a little less money I think I would buy one more for a rainy day. The 1/4 grind makes less noise than my full hollow, that the only bad part.

Pretty fantastic, isn't it? It was the first razor I bought after coming back to straights 1 year ago - 1st time was 19 yrs ago, and I could not have asked for a better re-entry experience than the 14/ grind Le Grelot. Smoothest shaver of the ones I've tried.

    Thanks.

I happen to have a restored Le Grelot that I'm willing to let go. I posted this razor on SRP classifieds a whole ago, check out here.
    PM me if interested.

I forgot about that one. Nice job, Bruno. I just received a nice one from Martin, mirror polish in ebony (while I wait for one of your nice NOS Fillys trapped in customs... ha ha ha).
