From what I have found suggested, the BK would be Bästa Kvalite", thranslates to something like Best quality.

The RK is harder to find anything on out there

This thread provides a bit more about the subject:

Yeah, that makes a lot more sense.

Maybe I should read up a bit more on the Heljestrands' history.

you know, I can hone pretty much anything, but 4/8 or 3/8 blades are SO hard for me, I just don't know what the secret ingredient is...and those size CV heiljestrands are THE WORST for me to get a good edge on...that steel is just so hard...

That's funny lol! I find the smaller blades so much easier to hone due to them taking up so little real estate on the stone...

The secret to honing them sheff-lover - is simply love! That said, sometimes love is defined as such - unwavering, bull-headed stuborness LOL!! I have a 2/8 wedge... now that's some kind oh "love" honing lol.

Ok - give me a bit.

Here it is with my 3 little Swedes. Note they are small so the 2/8 will not look as small as it would were I to put it next to say even a 5/8 but this is a Helijestrand thread after all lol.

Looking at the photo - it looks like it's not 100% wedge but it's as close as anything I have. Its a French blade.

You are telling me lol. I can't hone it for the life of me though. It's just a bit above my pay grade lol. I'll get to it one day but even with my love of all blades 4/8 and under, this thing is pushing it a bit.

I gave it a bit of a looking over as i haven't handled it in a while - there is a very slight hollow. It was sold to me as a wedge, and it's got to be close as when I hone it, it'll suck right into the rock.

Hmmm, maybe I'll get to it now lol - why not!

I am equally fond of Erik Anton Berg, as I am for Heljestrand, IMO they are equally fine.
The heljes i have gotten lately are without number, some with very wide blades.

I dok need 2 mk 30 with ivory to complete my 7 day kit since saturday and Sunday are missing.

I have a number of EA Bergs and they are great razors.
Funny I have a MK No.31 Sunday razor in ivory - missing the other days sadly

I find the steel on the Heljestrands (and in general Sweedish razors) to be quite soft compared to others.
