    Thanks for sharing
Hey Robert thanks for the interest. I'm kinda using each of the soaps and creams on their own to see what their strengths or weakness's are. You are correct, in adding a cream with it to provide the missing cushion that Williams obviously doesn't have. (A super-lather hybrid so to speak) I will be trying different products each day and observing their merits. I'm not looking for scent or anything other than cushion and slide (glide or slipperyness). Point in question is; are there soaps with as good a cushion and slide as some creams. (Of course the high dollar creams are really hard to beat in that area.)

Great SOTD so far gents keep em up!!

That's a nice combo you've got! I got off to such a rocky start with traditional wet shaving that I really admire looking at a collection from someone who looks like he's got it together. It's a look of understated elegance and that's the style I try to emulate.

Today I welcomed two new Greaves into my rotation:

Afternoon honing through the Naniwa 8k
    Stropped on my TM Apprentice
Set the Thater to soak in my SRD bowl
Hot shower with CarrieM's OakMoss bath soap
    CarrieM's OakMoss shave cream
    The brothers Greaves
    CarrieM's OakMoss AS "Gel"

And look what I found while cleaning up my place... It's the return of MiniLee!!!!
