    Tuesday 7/20/10

    Genco Henry's XXX 5/8
    C&E BBB
    Speick sc
    Thayers Cucumber WH w/ aloe
    Speick a/s
    Musgo Real a/s balsam
    Acqua di Selva Edt

An excellent shave this morning with the Genco, a razor that I took from bevel setting to shave ready under the tutelage and watchful eye of JoeD (TY mang!). The Speick cream is great as is the after shave and the Musgo Real balm is as good as it gets IMHO. The Acqua di Selva is the icing on the cake.

Thank you kindly sir. I love that razor. I bought it a month or two ago from Bob (Lz6 on SRP).

As for the T&H pre-shave, I do not use it that often, but when I do, it does work great...smooth glide for an entire pass .

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Razor: 6/8 C. V. Heljestrand Eskilstuna Full Hollow French Point
    Pre-Shave: Proraso
    Shaving Cream: Proraso
    Lather Bowl: Ceramic
    Scuttle: RAB Ceramic
    Brush: Col Conk Barbershop Badger
    ASB: Nivea Replenishing
Aftershave Lotion: Mennen Original Skin Bracer

Very nice and cool shave this morning thanks to Brothers HOG and Ralphy who turned me on to the joys of Proraso Pre-Shave (and Proraso SC as well). I have used them a number of times now and their cooling effects on these hot summer days are really quite refreshing.

Your post reminded me of this, I have not shaved with it in quite a while and very glad that I did tonight. Thank you!
