After the usual 1-2 minute hot towel prep:

    vintage Marshall Fields badger
    1955 President/Iridium
    Institut Karite SS
    Lumene AS balm
    vintage Caron 'Yatagan' Pour Monsieur

Excellent shave this morning. The President fits me better than most fixed head types, and it feels very good in my hand. The performance is similar to the Diplomat/Aristocrat types, which I also use sometimes.

    BBS results,

    Martin

    Razor: Wacker "Antik" Spanish Point
Strop: SRD Modular the Night Before (50 rough/100 PI); Kanamaya (35/70)
Lather: BentonClay Lavender SS + Bomb Saigon + 4 drops glycerin

The Wacker continues to impress. And on top of it, this is one beautiful razor! The light horn has some of the most beautiful color variation on it.

Broke out the Griffin 60 today...Like the shave, but I have to hone (couple licks on the enders barbers hone) every couple shaves to keep it honest.

    Cool Fat Friday

Today was Fat Friday over at WSW meaning that the SOTD theme was Mitchells Wool Fat. I put a little something together for the gang which I am also sharing with you. HOG
