I rarely shower at this time of day, but spending the morning on my back under the truck convinced me! I'm gettin' too old and too stiff for this stuff!!
The Corneta surprises me every time I use it, as I tend to forget just how good it is... The New Forest Silvertip also was a revelation on da' Fat. I expected a bit less performance than one of my boars, but it proved to me just how versatile it is...

...I know what you mean Bill. Sometimes after a workout or hike, some muscles start hurting I never thought I had. A nice hot shower/bath is a great soother

The bones and muscles haven't started hurting yet, Robert... They will wait until tonight and tomorrow for that...

The shower was a de-greasing procedure!

Result: Today, was another Duck day...a Special Duck (#1); one of my Smoooooothest shavers. The combination of CarrieM's creme + MWF + Glycerin was a fabulous recipe for a slick and thick, über-licious lather. The Floïd/Trumper's moisturizer mix provided for a very soothing and refreshing finish. Super prep, super shave, super satisfying .

Well, I'm always game to have, and provide a laugh...

Here's a photo of myself and my cousin Helen behind our house in Fishguard.. I'm on the left with the pocketbook, my cousin Helen in the dress. I was about 5.
I don't recall what we were all duded up for, but I look as uncomfortable dressed up then as I feel dressed up now! Unfortunately, my Dad was in the U.S. and unable to save me from the indignity of it all...
Anyway, apart from this picture, I had alot of freedom, and I made the most of it by roaming the fields and lanes that led to Lower Town..

Many fond memories... This particular moment, obviously not one of them!

Razor: 11/16 Frederick Reynolds "Hamburg Ring", Full Hollow, French Point - Rescaled in Blonde
    Pre-Shave: Proraso Crema Pre Barba
    Shaving Cream: La Toja Classic
    Lather Bowl: Ceramic
    Scuttle: RAB Ceramic
    Brush: Medium Badger
    ASB: Nivea Replenishing
    Aftershave/Cologne: Pinaud Clubman ASL
Results: Wonderful! The La Toja Classic and the Clubman are great with each other. The Hamburg Ring was outstanding as usual and I like the way it looks with the Blonde scales. Wonderful fall day here in beautiful Southwestern Oregon with the rain moving in this evening. I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful fall season as much as I am!
P.S. Since Bill shared his "Young Dude" photo I'll drop mine in here to make him feel better. I was 3 years old.
