A superb shave today, those big friodurs are smooth shavers.
    Stunning blade José

Excellent Hungarian Shave Fonti . This shave gives Franz Liszt's "Hungarian Rhapsody" a run for its money

    Default SOTD 04122010

    Location: Taipei, Taiwan
    Time: 1230
    Soap: Castle & Forbes Lime
Razor: John Engstrom (Thank you so much Mikael)
    Aftershave: Trumper's Coral Skinfood

Notes: This is a razor I just recieved from Mikael. I am so pleased with it. in fact it ranks as one of my favourites. It is such a beautiful shape - check the shoulderless and subtle smile - and the shave is sublime, it really is very special. I love the classy, very profiled bakelite scales and small brass pins.

This is a great start to the weekend and I love it with a shave in between appreciating everyone's SOTD, thank you so much guys.

    Razor; T.W. Percival
    Brush; AoS Pure Badger
    Soap; TGQ's Bluberry Sage
    Strop; Tony Miller's Latigo
    AS; TGQ's AS

Rather short razor, may have been cut down. While the shave was close it was not a great shave. Typical of hollow ground blades... noisy and such. I'll be getting rid of this one as well...
