    Talking Sotd with "Glenn's Mug"

Wonderful posts and pics over the last 2 days, Men! Very Nice

I shaved this morning with the longest running member of my rotation, this little Eyewitness wedge. It taught me the marvels of the wedge many years ago as it shaves sooo smoothly! No, I did not use this mug and brush! They were hidden away in the back room of my old barber's shop. I found them as I was buying things from his daughter after his death. You cannot BUY crud like that! I don't think he ever washed it, nor rinsed it! I could not bear to touch it, so it sits on my shelf in all it's cruddy glory! Thanks

Thanks jhenry, I'm trying to get my sister to start selling the soap, its rich, thick and slick, very moisturizing, just takes a little more effort to get the lather up but once there it explodes into a great lather that stays on the skin as long as necessary

    Hot shower
    Warm Oil
    Nancy Boy Cucumber SC
Wade and Butcher, Barbers Notch, 5/8 (almost)
    Honed and stropped by Glen
    AOS Aluminum
    Nancy Boy AS Gel

Just got this W&B back from Glen also. He did a great job on the scales and honed and stropped it for me. It does not have much life left since the edge is just off the etching. I guess for me it will last a while as long as I don't damage the edge. I really like the etching on this razor. The blade is brighter than the picture shows.
Gave a really nice shave but that BOW is a hard act to follow.

    Enjoy!!

Mvcrash, a Wade and Butcher is always a hard act to follow. Glad that she has a few more miles left in her.

A beautiful photo nubskillz and a beautiful razor.

I'm also suitably impressed with your camera apparatus...I haven't seen a Hasselblad since the 1960s. Do they still make those?

That's a really impressive shaving kit you have on display there Fbones. I really like that Boker. I've always had a hankering to add one to my straight razor collection. How does she shave?
