Sunday
Prep: Hot shower
Brush: Martinez' custom: Chess King w/ 26mm silver tip badger
Soap: Mama Bear's Ye Olde Barbershoppe
Strop: Tony Miller Heirloom tri-strop (3x25)
Razor: Moreton & Langley's razor 13/16
ASB: Caswell-Massey Number Six
soundtrack: Anne-Sophie Mutter: Beethoven
I like this Sunday routine. The feel of a sharp, old Sheffield blade, the smell of Mama Bear’s
Ye Olde Barbershoppe soap and the sound of Anne-Sophie Mutter’s rendition of Beethoven
coming from my surround sound system.
Out side it is winter and snow, but my wood stove is putting up an effective barrier of heat
against it. The smell and sound of birch wood burning adds to the relaxing atmosphere.
A nice BBS shave. Have a good week.Last edited by Otto; 01-30-2011 at 11:22 AM. Reason: Typo

Sorry to hear about Nick's visit, Mikael, but I must say to both of you gentlemen, that these are some gorgeous kamisori. But--Why are you trying so hard to fuel my RAD???
The excursion sounds lovely-and the shave looked so. Teavana has some nice teas. What a great way to warm up after a cold excursion!
Three razors, Max? How did your baby-face ever survive? Great looking blades, though!

Stropped 25 laps in sanded and oiled cowhide strop and 30 laps in latigo leather, a very comfortable shave. I known very well all the stuff and I can use them to get their best, impossible to go wrong
Have a great sunday gentlemen, as your shaves and pics :Last edited by du212; 01-30-2011 at 12:24 PM.
