Thanked: 50Razor: DOVO Bismarck 6/8
Brush: The Body Shop Synthetic
Lather: Tabac Soap and The Body Shop Maca Root Cream(no glycerin)
Astringent: Alum
Aftershave Balm: Vergulde Hand Balm
Results: First shave in four days, my skin has had enough rest. I started the shave with a J.A. Hellberg No. 26 I honed today, but it wasn't sharp enough. So I switched after 3 strokes to the Bismarck. Shave went very well, 1 small cut from a wrong angled blade, no irritation and even an almost BBS feeling on my neck and chin.
For the picture I played around with some filters and selection tools .
Enjoy the week gentlemen!

PREP: Hot shower
RAZOR: Genco Goldseal Jr.
BRUSH: Rudy Vey 26mm Chubby 2 band
SOAP: Facelather with SRD sandalwood
ASTRINGENT: Thayers unscented
AS: NONE
EDT: Loccitane Vetyver
RESULTS: SMOOTH AND FEELING REFRESHED
Been feeling a bit under the weather lately, but my new Rudy vey brush came in the mail so I just had to try it out. Good thing too I had a 3 day growth going. I decided to really break in this brush( which BTW wanted a "darkside" version of the simpson chubby 2, I think Rudy nailed it) so i facelathered with some SRD sandalwood. Ahhhh this brush is awesome at prepping the beard, and it made shaving a breeze. Also had recently restored my Genco and I rehoned it so it was top notch sharp. A great shave for a not so well me,
