Monroe,
All aspects of this shave are wonderful. Well done indeed
Jeff,
Nice way to commemorate the event with the Duck and AK creme.
Terrific shave Frank
Happy SRP anniversary Greg. What a nice choice for a "first" razor to begin one's maiden voyage in straight shaving.
Thank you David
A nice idea indeed Glenn. Ain't honing fun?
Great gear for vacation Tom.
Béla,
How do you like the 2-band D01? Isn't that a heck of a fantastic brush? Stiffest backbones I have ever experienced. A gorgeous Pipe too.
Congrats Otto. Great score. Use it in good health buddy...and when you do, we will admire it every once in a while here on SOTD
Another stunning beauty Otto.
I love this brush Mikael. Great choice of razor to go with it.
Birnando,
I had no idea you were wearing a cast. Sorry to hear mate. What happened? But glad to hear that's it's off and you'll be hitting the 18-hole courses again. Watch out Tiger Woods!!!
BTW: A beautiful EPBD you got there. I also like going from the Coticule to the JNat. I found it to give one of the best edges I've had.
Sounds like an awesome shave...despite the rush.
I really like that Le Grelot Bill. Max did a wonderful job on those butterscotch scales.
Beautiful mug Grant and a gorgeous Bengall. New display cases? Can't wait to see them (filled)...I guess we should be expecting newcomers or restores in your collection soon.
She's a beauty Rene. Is she one of the ones that was tough to hone?
...and now it's time to wake up from that dream, LOOOOOOOOL

Thanks
Yeah, the Coticule-Japanese progression is nice. I get very good and consistent reslults that way.
You know, the story about the cast is something else.
Late February i took my foster-kids who had just moved in, to an indoor skate-park around here.
The oldest kid (9) made the ramps look pretty easy so I thought, sure, I can do that..
Well, next thing I knew, I was at the bottom of that thing with a somewhat painful foot.
Turns out I had managed to get 25 fractures, some torn ligaments and what not in there
Like my 5 year old foster-daughter told me later, One has to practice first!!
Especially you old people
heh, I can just hear you all cracking up all around the internet nowBjoernar
Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....
