Warm Shower with lots of Stephan's SC rubbed into my whiskers.(new supply arrived)
    Warm Oil
    Dirty bird Scuttle
    Cade SC
Maxtom in Spanish Point in Jade Ghost
    MickR Roo Strop
    AOS Aluminum
    Stephan's Tropical Lime
    Vaseline for men

Last night I broke a tooth and had to go to the dentist today. Needless to say I'd rather get sent to IRAQ with NO GUN then go to the dentist. After the stress of having injections, drills etc...etc...etc.... I was a bit wound up puon my return home this afternoon.
After the numbness wore off I decided to have a nice shower and shave and then take an afternoon ride in my little red convertible. The combination is always relaxing for me. Stopped and had a nice Ice Coffee and wound up back home a short time ago.

The shave was incredible. The aroma of the Cade just keeps lingering and is so nice. The razor was spectacular. Mowed down 2 days of growth in 2 passes. I did a third just to enjoy the aroma of the Cade and the edge of the Maxtom.
I tried to get a decent picture. Enjoy the evening.

Wow, you scared me there! Shaving while numbed by local anesthesia does sound rather scary, I'm happy to see your shave was incredible in a good way.

You're welcome Tim. I hear ya about the sensitive skin and the everyday shaving dilemma.

Hmmmmm. I thought I saw a silhouette last night. My wife did too adn was asking if she was seeing things. I said yes and we both went back to sleep, LOOOOL. But, I am not worried. I must say, I loved the Kiss My Face. Wonderful smell and lather. I don't know what it was, but today went very well. I omitted the preshave oil, used the kiss my face for the first time, and used my Lynn honed Boker (probably the main reason I'd imagine.) Perhaps some improved technique as well. Regardless, I'm pretty darn smooth and relatively nick free!
Another Boker day. Excellent Veto. And congratulations for achieving a spectacular (almost) shave.

PS: If the lather is great, there's absolutely no reason for pre -shave oil.

Nice sentimental gift Sten...I can certainly see the appeal (more than just the lather)

And what a great shave to celebrate the after party. The SRD BR is indeed one of the best soaps out there. I hope they bring it back

This razor has a small re sharping needed. Tomorrow or the next day better.

    Ator 6 / 8 razor
    Kalerolf,
Sorry about the weather and the "less than perfect" shave from this beautiful Ator. But, I am sure that once she visits the stones, she will be fine tuned and ready for action next time around (without any disappointment)

Got the La Toja and used it for todays shave. First off the scent, for me personally its a basic soap smell, not what I thought it was going to be, not a bad or a good thing just a basic scent, kinda reminds me of VDH soap. But the lather, WOW!!!! as with the MDC a little goes a long way and if it wasnt for the scent I would prefer the La toja, but just by a teeny tiny hair. The Musek is a beast , but a beauty ( see what I did there? ) and the shave was awesome, super close and BBS.
    Matt,
Congratulations on getting the La Toja. It is a fabulous soap (for me, even scent-wise). That Musek is amazing. Did you do it yourself or had it done?

Sorry about the tooth and dentist. I hope he/she at least fixed the problem with decent results. Beautiful shave with the Cade/Maxtom combination. I always like seeing anything featured with your other "Toy". Well done and heal soon.
