Love the Busse. I have a SAR 3 with black G10 scales and absolutely love the knife. I like yours with the orange scales even more.

    Bela,
I've never said it before but your photographic compositions are always so well done, thanks. (forgive the lack of tilde on your name, I don't know how to get that from my keyboard)

    Prep:KY Warming Liquid
    Lather: Vitos
    Brush: Omega Long Boar
    Strop: Hoffritz
    Razor: Genco Gold Seal
    PSB: Nivea Sensitive

I did the cold shave routine this morning and was rewarded with a two pass BBS face.

ETA Sometimes it astonishes me how a SR can provide such a superior shave over anything else. Although I have a number of more and less expensive razors, equipment and supplies, the above set-up involved a minimal investment and excels compared to any other style shaving option. Straights rule!

I received this veggie soap few days back, in a nice 1 kg brick. This is a soft soap. Chinese name but Italian made, reportedly with properties and/or performance similar to those of Cella. The soap itself is coconut scented, today during this first shave it offered me excellent glide and also felt pretty slick.

However and in order to have a more concrete opinion I have to use it more and also do a heads on comparison shave with Cella and my well preserved P.160 Duro puck. It may well be that good or it may be more similar to the Vitos Extra Super Coconut soap (which I have not tried), I just do not know that yet. The vendor I got it from is Tutto Italia Online, they are located in the Netherlands.
