Congrats to all. New babies are wonderful to have around. Good health to all.

    Good morning Gents!

    Shave prep: Face wash
    Brush: Frank Shaving finest badger
    Soap: Connaught Luxury Shave Cream
    Scuttle: Robert Becker large
    Razor: Wade & Butcher, 5/8 barber's notch
    Strop: nun2sharp's hanging leather strop
    After Shave Splash: Rhómme
Notes: I did not shave yesterday, there just was no need after the late night shave thursday. The W&B acted flawlessly, a nice and soothing morning shave left me completely BBS. For my splash, I got out another new concoction today, I call it Rhómme. Earthy floral, a masculine heavy fragrance yet not overpowering. Clary sage with a bay rum and vetiver base, gardenia heart and lemon top. It is hard to describe this fragrance as the oils seem to react and create new notes alltogether. I am very happy with it, and wife likes it a lot so there are no troubles in sight

I'm so tired I almost didn't shave, but instead decided to go the other way and have a nice luxurious Uber-lather 3 pass shave...
Sounds familiar, normally it's my wife who goes with our daughter and grandson. It is good to find a 'leveler' at time like these...

That is such a beautiful TZ!! Do you use a different technique for honing on the Damascus? At the risk of sounding juvenile, The statement you made at the end made me chuckle!!!! SWMBO thought the exact same thing I did!!!!
