I had shaved with this one before. When i first got it. I honed it in that last batch. I dont know who made it. But i wanted to try her out before i sold it. She is on the small side for me in Spanish blades. Well she is an excellent razor. I would put her in the Fili 12 class. Small and light. 2 pass to perfection! I took out the Eucris. Ahhhh!!! I love that scent.

amb: Welcome to SOTD brother. Great 1st post. Looking forward to more

Grant: That must have been a scary experience. I am glad Jacky is doing well and his temp dropped below point of worry. He is a tough little boy. Hang in there brother. These sorts of experiences are very tough on the parents too. Great shave to take your mind off things.

I had my first experience with a shaving scuttle today My church is located near Seagrove Pottery which, evidently, is a pretty famous place. I was on a ride along with friend who was picking up a custom piece and I saw a "dip chiller" that looked to me a lot like a shaving scuttle. I talked to the owner of the shop about making custom scuttles and I'll hopefully work with him to get some made. This dip chiller worked perfectly though!

My John Curtin "Invincible" razor with homemade scales is still shaving like a champ!

This old virgin Globusmen came out just amazing, the Chosera/Shapton combo delivers as always of course, but the new Jnat from Maksim sure put the icing on the cake! Incredibly good sharp/smooth balance. Color me impressed.
