    Default An after work Delight!!!

    .

Locale: The land of Steel and Micarta
Music: Allman Brothers Band - Live at the Fillmore East
Prep: Hot Shower / Greek Olive Oil Soap / 'Fantastic' Conditioner
Razor: Mike's Hammer Custom 7/8 Spanish Point Wedge by DC
Hones: 5 laps on the Perfection, 20/50 felt / leather
Brush: Custom 24mm Silvertip / Lather Bowl #2
Post: Cold Water Splash - Alum - Humphrey's Witch Hazel
Uber: Taylor of old Bond Street Eton College Collection
    AS: Pinaud Clubman
    Edt: Black Leather
Result: Man I love this razor. Great shaver, and fun to use. Gotta watch the ears though, ask me, I know! I just shaved my goatee for the first time in years, and have never shaved with a straight under there before. It was a new challenge, but I managed. A little raw, but it's not used to a blade, and that may take a little time. I still suck left handed, but I'm still showing improvement so I'm sticking to it. This is only my 8th month shaving with straights after all, heheh. I'm still trying to figure out how to use this razor to it's fullest capabilities. I love a challenge!

    Night Shave II
Prep: 3 mile run, lukewarm shower
    Razor: Imperial Extra Hollow Ground
    Brush: VDH Boar
    Soap: Speick Shavestick
    AS: Aloe Vera Gel
    Finish: Manantiales De La Toja

This was a truly remarkable shave. Just when I had given up facesturbating, something like this comes along. With only two passes (N-S then S-N) my face feels like it did when I was 6. Bravo!

Great Tunes! Live at the Fillmore East is probably one of the top 3 albums of all time (IMHO, YMMV, etc.)

    Default Wednesday

    Good Morning,

Quick and dirty Picture this morning I'm afraid.

    Prep: Shower
    Strop" TI Paddle Strop 30,70
    Brush: Muhle, Badger
    Soap: proraso
    Razor: Dovo, Master's
    AS: Old Spice Lagoon

I have been growing an over elaborate affair on my top lip and chin in support of Movember. I do believe that the extra attention and an effort required to shave around it has improved my shaving skills, certainly I have had to use different techniques and directions.

    have a Great Day

QED soaps are truly amazing. How's the Wild Rose smell and perform?

    Love the Helje too

Mike...Congrats on sticking with it for 8 months. Now, it's time to tie up that right hand and force the left into action. Beautiful custom. Walt know what he's doing. How's the balance and feel?

PS: Love the scent of Eton College

Thank you bro...It's good to be seen. I missed you guys too. I have too many projects to work on these days (my own creation...so, I got no one to blame but me, LOOOL), but I do need to come up for air and a breather once in awhile. Hopefully some projects will pan out, get funded and God willing, turn profitable in due time.

Quick, maybe. Dirty, no way. Great shot and nice to see that whiskers increase one's technical abilities. Well done

Today is Penance Day- holiday ONLY in Saxony.
All offices, scholes and most of the factories are closed.
My office is open, because I have a lot of clients outside Saxony and outside Germany.

So I think I'll use my Castagnon (buddelized)- this is holiday enough.
