Thanked: 485Yeah, do that. We all need to count our blessings, don't we?
Guys, friends, brothers, thanks very much for the comments of support. I don't want to reply to you all as I don't want to hog the thread and distract from the focus, but really, (really) I appreciate all your comments guys, really I do. Peace and love to you all, and let's all look after the little ones, for they are innocent...Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?

Thanked: 146Green Day
Decided to shave with the Beau Brummel wedge in cracked ice scales that are a beautiful shade of green ( my favorite color). So I thought I might as well make it a total green shave!
Prep: Hot Shower / Proraso pre-post creme
Brush: AOS Pure Badger
Scuttle: Georgetown Pottery G5 in ivory and green
Soapreme: Proraso SS/AOS SC unscented/glycerin Uber
Razor: Beau Brummel Wedge 11/16" square point
Post: Proraso AS
Result: BBS with the wonderful "green" scent of Proraso!
Have a Great Tuesday Gents!
Glad to have you back Carl! You are sorely missed by the SOTD brotherhood!Luck is a matter of preparation meeting opportunity. ~Lucius Annaeus Seneca

Semogue LE 2011 Badger 1
L'Oreal After Shave Balm
Black Suede Cologne
The Rotbart is an excellent shaver. A two piece design similar to the Merkur HD. Since the Rotbart is an older model I assume Merkur copied its design.

Carl, so sorry to hear these sad news.
It's difficult for me to explain my feelings in English.
We are not prepared for such situations and I understand your mood.
Have faith and hope.
Angel.

The lather/oil touchup wasn't bad! I have to try that on a smooth Sheffield blade.
