    Sunday!

Ran a 14 k training run this morning - crisp and cold here in Richmond BC, but beautiful. Had a long, hot shower to warm up and then:

Prep - conditioner in the shower
    Dovo best 6/8
    Badger brush
    Pre de Provence Soap
    Thayer's
    Aqua Velva ice Blue
    Nivea Sensitive ASB
    Bigelow Blue Cologne.

Took my time stropping today, and it went really well - 15 on the webbing and 50 on the leather - the shave was smooth and close and very comfy.

Glad to hear that your granddaughter is better.

Did the physicians figure out what caused the acid reflux?

    Zephyr,

That bread looks delicious. There's nothing better than bread just out of the oven. Yummy!

Can you send me a few dozen loaves for Christmas?
