Actually this shave didn't go very well
I had to stop my usual ATG pass due to irritation. Not sure if its the fact that I haven't used this hollow a razor for a while, or something in my technique, or if I was just having an off day.
Shame as I do love this little razor.
I've decided I need a decent strop now as well, although that could just be retail therapy

Something a little different today.
Williams + Bigelow + glycerin
Col Conk badger
Landers, Frary and Clark "Universal" replaceable blade frameback straight razor
This is a very sharp, thin blade so a light touch is required. The reward is a smoothtastic close shave.

While the wife and kids were away last week I caught up on some honing. These 2 razors just recieved touch-ups and I'm quite happy with the results.
3 passes and I'm BBS.
A very satisfying shave.

He saw a lawyer killing a viper on a dunghill hard by his own stable; And the Devil smiled, for it put him in mind of Cain and his brother Abel.
