Tues, Dec 13
Brush: Omega Boar
Soap/Creme: Lightsfoot pine shave soap
Razor:Gillette Old
Blade: Gillette yellow pack
Pre: hot towel
Post: Stephan's Lilac Vegetal
Hair Groom: Wildroot
Result: I had heard less than good things about Lightfoot pine shave soap, but I was able to try it pretty cheaply, so I figured what the heck. if nothing else it could be bath soap. It worked very poorly for me, unfortunately, which resulted in a very mediocre shave. It might work better in soft water ( mine is very hard), and the scent was a great change of pace, but, for me, it is probably not one I'll be using again any time soon, at least on it's own. next time I try it, it'll be with distilled water or in a superlather.

Prep:Hot Shower
Scuttle:Dirty Bird Custom Double
Brush:AOS Pure Badger
Strop:SRD PI
Soap:SRD Opus X
Razor: D.C. Halsted Wedge
After shave: Alt-Innsbrook
EDT: Cuba Red
Result: I took the Opux X to the double boiler last night and then poured it back into it's container to once again have a puck shape (since a TSA agent sliced it in half and took it). Today's shave was ultra smooth after the honing session last night.
Thanks for all the great shaves gentlemen!

Wednesday
Good Morning
Prep: Shower
Strop: TI Paddle Stro, 30,70
Brush: Aqua Di Parma Silvertip, Wenge Wood Handle
Soap: Cella Crema Sapone
Razor: Dovo 6/8" Pearlex
AS: Old Spice
Result: Nice early morning shave, ready for a very busy day.
Well Wednesday is finally here, last day of work to get through, then traveling to London tomorrow to catch up with the family over Christmas. I will have a laptop with me, I will post, but will only be taking 1 razor with me. However the SRP Thater is waiting for me there and I will be visiting both Trumpers and TOBS, so perhaps there will be some new "Props" for pictures.
Have a Great Day.
Robert, I'm missing your Razors man.
