Thanked: 1072Strop: MickR's Roo Hide
Brush: Comoy Badger
Soap: Body Bar, Little Green Apples
Razor: Invicta 13/16
Astringent: Thayer's Witch Hazel
Balm: C.O. Bigelow Mentha
A/S: Aqua Velva Ice Blue
Tonights 2 pass BBS confirmed my suspicion that this is the best edge I've ever put on a razor. That beautiful balance of sharp and smooth.
I found this goats milk based soap at a market stall on Christmas eve and tonight was the first time I've tried it.
It might take another couple of tries before I'm sold on it, but I think it I like it.
The Aqua Velva was a Christmas present to myself and I enjoyed that too. Its a little hard to judge its cooling effect after the Bigelow balm though, that stuff is ICE cold.
Result: A FANTASTIC clean smooth shave with some great new products. I'm a happy boy.
Thanks for all the fantastic posts and pics fellas.

Simply divine! I hadn't used the Buddel in a while, so I ran it over the CrOx last night for a few passes. This morning, when paired with the wonderful citrus scent of the RR XXX, I was provided a true treat! I hadn't shaved since last Friday, so I had a tremendous growth to mow down, but the Buddel never seemed to notice. In two passes I was CBS and my face feels wonderful.
The year is quickly waning. Thank you, gentlemen, for making this one so special for me!He saw a lawyer killing a viper on a dunghill hard by his own stable; And the Devil smiled, for it put him in mind of Cain and his brother Abel.

When my kids were little we restricted the sugar also, so on special occasions they went banana's. Come to think of it, they still do.
Enjoy the times, they sneak by WAY too fast.
Great SOTD posts this week, I've been a bit behind on my reading.
B&B....Great looking Buddel razors!!! Did you guys call each other prior to posting?“Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe.”
