Hey guys first off hope everyone had a GREAT holiday!!! so here goes my SOTD......So came to Southern Illinois meet SWMBO WHOLE family for the first time so figured i should bring out the BIG GUNS for todays shave!!!

Thater SRP 2011 Fan.....first time using this MONSTER and it whiped up a great lather!!!!

Dubl Duck Goldedge.....first time using this one and what a great special shave with it!!!

POST:

Tepid water, Alum, Cold water, Thayer's Original Hazle w/Aloe, Pinaud Clubman.....no music today just enjoyed the morning and preped to meet the family!!!!

It was a GREAT day and nice to finally meet her WHOLE family, there is A LOT of them!!!!! Hope you all enjoyed your day and i'm looking forward to the New Year!! Great to be a part of this AWESOME Brotherhood!!!

After breakfast I ubered up a blend of my faves and stropped my latest, a Wostenholm, for my first shave with it. I must confess I have stropped this baby 4 or 5 times since honing in anticipation for this shave. The brush is awesome! Took a bit of adjustment, but man does it lay the lather on smooth and even. What an AWESOME shave!
