Electric Cutlery 6/8
Golden Nib Finest
Erasmic shave cream
Thayers Witch Hazel
MK for Men a/s balm
Trumpers Eau de Quinine Edc
Seems an oxymoron to use an Electric razor that is a straight razor...nonetheless, combined with the Erasmic lather I managed a very smooth shave with no irritation or nicks. This is another of my razors that I honed myself which always gives me just a tad more enjoyment. And today will be better than yesterday.

Good evening Gents!
Shave prep: Face wash
Brush: Omega boar # 81052
Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat
Scuttle: Robert Becker large
Razor: Le Hospital Bayle Annonay, 6/8 round point hollow
Strop: nun2sharp's hanging leather strop
After Shave Splash: Florida Water home made splash
Notes: Touched up this razor on my new Llyn Melynllynn that arroved today. What a nice edge, this is certainly promising. Florida water is has been used since its early days (first made in 1808, reputedly) by santeria practitioners. It was believed to be such a nice fragrance that the devil obviously had a finger in on it. I'm neither a follower nor a believer, but I can understand what they meant. Great relaxing shave, and good fun on top.
Have a nice evening everybody.

Pre-Shave: Hot shower Brush: Simpson Berkeley Razor: ERN Crown & Sword 7/8 Strop: 40/60 Neil Miller Linen/Kanayama Cordovan Soap: Williams After shave: Aqua Velva Results: Amund threw me a puck of Williams and some Aqua Velva the other day, last time I tried Williams I blew it off pretty quickly bad on a combination of scent and performance, this was about a year ago, and I thought I'd give it a second chance. And to be honest, either the smell or performance was as bad as I recalled, not the best lather, not a lot of cushion, but pretty good glide and it did what it's meant to do and it actually stayed pretty stabil through the shave. Two passes DFS +, finished with AV, a wonderful, classic scent that reminds me of my granddad.
