Sprecher 8/8 | TFS Bergamot Neroli LE | Thater Bulb | Thayers Lavender | Sabon ASB | Floris Sandalwood

What a shave. The Maxtom just never ceases to amaze. It's a heavy, big blade, but it handles like a sports car. The TFS soaps are excellent for the money. This one has a very sweet smell, but it mellows as you use it. I was left BBS+; now to prepare for court...

Great week of shaves, gentlemen! You always seem to out do me and yourselves, for that I am eternally grateful!

Great way to start a weekend. How was the 1/4 cask?

The 1/4 cask was wonderful! It's got a great peat on the nose. It opens with wonderful oak and moss but on the back end it almost gets a smooth leathery taste. Quite good! The wife seemed to like it as well!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, if there's a razor on the planet that can run with this one with a fresh blade, I've never seen nor heard of it.

    Otto,

With that Genco and that pistol in your arsenal, I'll bet that your beard had no choice but to surrender.

Great!!! I enjoy the 1/4 casks also, but I think you need to like scotch to enjoy the peaty and heavier flavors. Otherwise, it has been described to me by my wife as "ewwwwww turpentine!!!" Understand that when she drinks she usually sips the older speyside scotch I enjoy.
