    Prep: Lukewarm Shower
    Razor: Friedmann and Lauterjung "Electric"
    Brush: VDH Boar
Soap: Uber Lather Barbasol and TSD Iced Sub-Zero
AS: Nivea Double Action Balm, Aqua Velva Classic
    Finish: Nitro EdT

Shave and a haircut for far less than two bits. Two passes on each both with the straight. This remains the only "Electric" razor I'll use. Must be cordless, I've not seen a place to plug a cord in. How to recharge it remains a mystery. But I think perhaps it has something to do with static electricity as it seems to shave very well after a few laps on the strop. Dome and face are both CBS.

G'day, and happy birthday to Mason!

So many good looking str8 razors showcased today! (Those Damascus blades are especially making me envious!) Here's another one to add:Name: Weltmeister-Max.jpg
Views: 321
Size: 39.6 KB

    Pre: Hot shower
    Lather: Bigelow/Proraso
Strop: I actually forgot to strop the razor.
Blade: Otto Busch Weltmeister; an eBay find, with scales said to be crafted by Max. (Max, if you're reading, can you verify?)
Post: Lucky Tiger balm, Pinaud lilac vegetal a/s. (Trying to use up the last of the lilac so I can try out Pinaud's bay rum.)

Blade is fresh off the hones. Melted hanging hairs quite well. Doesn't feel great on the face, but still got a BBS shave. (Maybe forgetting to strop had something to do with it.)

Thus endeth spring break. May not have time to post as regularly after today.

    Cheers!

Fine posts from all today! A very Happy B-day to Mason as well!

Great feel on Neil Miller Bridle with a Solingen Blade, the Zak performed flawlessly as usual using SRD Blood Orange lather and the Thater.
Followed by AQV, a smooth and refreshing shave!

May a Fine week be in store for ALL!

(side note, I messaged Robert(BladeRunner001) last week and he is doing great, albeit busy! This one's for YOU, Brother! Miss ya here! )

This morning I did some work in the man cave and then took the wife and daughter for lunch. Returned home and hung the man cave TV on the articulating mount. They are a pain to install but worth it. Cleaned up the cave a bit then took a hot shower and shave. Love this W&B Chopper. Nice shave today.

    Hot shower,Stephan's Warm Oil
    Dirty Bird Scuttle
    Castle Forbes Shave Cream
    Custom Badger by Tim
    W&B for Barber's Use
    SRD P1
    Razorock Aluminum
    Stephan's Lilac AS
    Vaseline for men

I see some "non Man Cave" stuff in there! Looks like a great start! . I started on mine only to have a 25 year old return home and suck it up. My dreams are dashed. Temporarily I hope!
