He saw a lawyer killing a viper on a dunghill hard by his own stable; And the Devil smiled, for it put him in mind of Cain and his brother Abel.

Thanked: 146Thursday
Got up early and enjoyed a slow relaxing shave and a nice surprise.
Thater/ G5/ Mikes Natural Orange,Cedarwood,&Black Pepper/ Brummel #18/ Proraso AS/ Nivea
I have tried the lineup from Mikes Natural soaps the last few days. The Lemongrass/ Eucalyptus sample smelled so fresh you'd swear you were in a lemon grove, but the performance left something to be desired. However, today I used the Orange/ Cedarwood/ Black Pepper and put some water on the puck while I showered and KABOOM, Lather central! I did the same with the Lemongrass, but maybe I will try again. The predominant smell was Oranges and dried down to oranges, faint Cedarwood with a hint of the pepper. The Glide was good, a little poor on the cushion, but the Tallow base left my face moisturized and smooth, definitely going to use this citrusy blend during the warm summer months.

Soap: L'Occitane Cade
Brush: Comoy Badger
Razor: Unknown Sheffield Wedge
Astringent: Thayer's Witch Hazel
Balm: Nivea Replenishing

I had a few problems getting a great edge on this one and so it has been in the low rotation category.
I decided to give it a run tonight anyway, and as soon as I put it to my face tonight I remembered something.
A couple of months ago I conquered the edge and completely forgot, nailed it in fact.
After 3 passes I'm smooth as a catfish's belly, a much better shave than I expected.
Thanks for the great posts and pics fellas

A slight touch of irritation around the adam's apple today. Cleared up in about 15 minutes, so I guess I've got to relearn some techniques using different razors instead of my go to blade.
