Today's rushed shave:
Razor: Gillette Adjustable DE '67
Blade: Shark Super Chrome
Lather: Edge gel foam
Prep: Hot shower
As cheap a shave as I have had in over a year!! Good thing I have a bunch of Shark blades that I love! I shaved pretty late in the day yesterday and kind of had to do a 'reset' and I didn't want to not shave, so I shaved early so I could shave like regular tomorrow. It was an ok shave. Got bit in a couple of places, I'm not used to using a DE anymore, maybe I had the adjustable up to high (I used to use it around 4, but maybe that is too aggressive for me). I'm kind of out of practice with the DE's and it was like learning the angles all over again!
Have a great Monday gents!

Good evening friends!
Shave prep: Face wash
Brush: Omega boar
Soap: Crabtree & Evelyn Nomad
Scuttle: Robert Becker large
Razor: C. W. Dahlgren, 5/8 smiling frameback in original horn scales
Strop: nun2sharp's hanging leather strop
After Shave Splash: Lavender Spice home made splash
Notes: Fresh off the schwedenstein this razor gets silly sharp. You know how some razors will draw blood, not from an actual cutting you but from being so sharp they will just peel off skin on a regular shave stroke if you get a little heavy handed? This one is like that. Two small droplets showed up, and I did not even feel it happening. This razor is also very light, and I was being careful knowing it was sharp. Still, there you have it. Talk about efficient peeling
The splash had a telling burn as it went on, but with tea tree and a touch of glycerin in it is both soothing and relaxing. I did have a wonderful shave tho, despite the two droplets - the upside of this sharpness is it will take you to BBS in a hearbeat.
Or beyond, as it may be
