    Shave prep: Face wash
    Brush: Haryali badger
Soap: Van der Hagen soap / Eveline cream / glycerin
    Scuttle: Robert Becker large
Razor: Edwr Atkinson, Sheffield, 4/8 wedge
    Strop: nun2sharp's hanging leather strop
After Shave Splash: Fougere home made splash
Notes: Brilliant 2-pass BBS; the suds were plentiful, warm and cushioning, the razor smooth and sharp, and the splash engulfed me in a fragrant bliss. One of the most comfortable shaves I could have.

    RESULTS: AWESOME SHAVE

Havent posted in awhile but managed to get a photo up today and have an amazing shave today. I try to save my straights for the weekends or when I close usually so I have more time so out came the trusty DE. Face lathered the La toja with my chubby, and the scent filled the bathroom. Topped it off with the AS and ASB and I am ready to face the day.

AWESOME PHOTOS AND POSTS AS ALWAYS GUYS!!
How do you like the Tom Ford Vetiver? Do you have anything to compare it too such as Guerlain?

Tonights shave was ok but not perfect. Why you might ask? Well it was not the fault of the lather!! Great mounds of citrusy Lime was wonderful. Was it the razor? The hone? Nope.. All me. Technique was slightly off for whatever reason. The shave gods decided I was geting spoiled soooo average shave...
I strikes me that in the str8 shaving world one of the best things you can learn is that not every shave is perfect. Learning that it's not the razor, the lather, the edge but just me. My angle was not quite right on whatever pass etc. I think after a few years I have hit some kind of "shaving revelation" and not with the perfect shave but just ok....LOL

    Simple Face Wash Gel

Brush Le Tuft Le Une Grande
    Palmolive Stick
    Alum & Witch Hazel
    Botanics Moisturiser SPF 15

Two pass shave, without doubt a BBS finish after wiping out two days growth, you always get a far better shave IMO when you dont shave daily.
