Pre-shave: Castle Forbes
DE: Gillette
Blades: Croma
Brush: Omega's Mighty Midget
Soap: Pré de Provence
Toner: Thayer's mixed with Tea Tree Oil
I went to get a hair cut today. The barber and I had a great conversation. He even gave me a sample of the Croma blades. Never heard or seen them before. They were sharp as sh$%. The Pré de Provence was great today. I nailed the consistency and it left the face feeling really moisturized post-shave. Just needed a little Thayer's to finish up.

Prep: Hot shower and apricot face scrub
Pre-shave: Jack Black Daily Facial Cleanser
DE: Merkur 38D
Blade: Merkur
Brush: Cheapo Omega Boar
Soap: 1000 Island Soap Company Shave Bar (Japanese Peppermint & Grapefruit)
AS: Homemade Aftershave Balm
Result: Nice ans smooth!
Overall, I'm rather pleased by the soap. The brick I purchased was made two days ago and for under 10$, I can't complain. Lathers really nice and has a very nice smell. I'm working with the store to use different scent (read: I want a sandlewood soap...) and have it casts circular so it fits in traditional mugs.

Went to the NY Public Library today since the "scholar" in the family needed some weird books which she could not get around here. Always amazed at the beauty of that building. Had lunch with the wife and daughter at the Hard Rock and then returned home for an afternoon shower and shave.
Birnando, Happy Birthday!!!! Enjoy your celebration!
Warm Shower, Stephan's, warm oil
Mitchell's Wool Fat shave cream
Custom Brush by Tim
Wade and Butcher 10/8,wedge.
Razorock Aluminum
Thayer's Lemon Witch Hazel
Vaseline for men.
I face lathered with the MWF. It performed better this way, but not great. Sooner or later I'll get the water/MWF ratio correctly. The razor is dialed in nicely and gives a really nice shave.
Enjoy the day!
