First shave in my newly completed shave den. Promised I wouldnt shave until i was finished remodeling the bathroom and had 9 days of growth to get rid of this afternoon.

Scotch: Laphroig triple cask
Razor: The smallest of my collection 7/8 Joseph Rodgers & Sons wedge restored by Bill Ellis
Preshave: CF The Pre Shave
Brush: Kent BK8
Soap: MNS Hungarian Lavender
Post Shave: Alum block followed by Thayers lavender witch hazel aftershave and J.R. Watkins lavender oil

After shave: Nivea for men unscented
Now there is no rare vintage blades, no $200 brushes or expensive soaps, just me spending some time with my son. After we where done he asked me "Dad, do I smell like a man now?" made me smile ear to ear
