Thanks for the advice. Sadly, Dell ships their computers now with a reset image, rather than an actual Windows CD. As a result, I can't rely upon anything that requires me to reformat and boot from an installation CD. Of course, the virus is locking me out of that option as well...

    Muehle-porn...what else:

Today I visited once again the Muehle- manufactory and bought some stuff:
2 XL DE-razors (with the long handle)...one open comb, one closed comb
one stand for Muehle DE-razor and brush
    one stand for Muehle DE-razor
    the beautiful silvertip badger metal

    The long-handle DE-razors works very well...heavy metal

    Have a nice day.

If you are unable to boot the virus-infested computer, depending on your comfort level and the OS, you *might* be able to add a new bootloader using a Linux install CD and use it to boot the recovery partition. Another option is that Dells most likely sells a recovery CD or DVD for the computer, assuming you have an optical drive at all.

They feel wonderful in the hand and the edge is superb.

If it is not fixed and you decide to come to the get together, bring it with you. I can fix it.
