    Wednesday

Nice smooth shave with the W&B this morning. The lather was a little thin, but adequate. The Floïd actually matched the Pine and Cedarwood scent of the Mike’s Natural soap very well. I actually like Floïd vigaroso a lot. Not much to say today as I have polishing to do…And a twin brother to support in a time of crisis...

A great shave with the first custom I ever had made for myself. Gabor is a wonderful craftsman! I paired this beautiful suminagashi blade with the newest of the DR Harris scents - Windsor, and was very pleased. The Windsor creates the thick rich lather that DRH is known for with its tallow formulation. And the scent is quite intoxicating to me. It pairs perfectly with the Montale Red Vetyver, which is like Terre d'Hermes' wealthier, classier cousin. The grapefruit, cedar and vetiver in that formulation draws compliments from women I've never met everytime I break it out! What can I say, I'm CBS and ready to start the day!

Prep: Hot Shower/ proraso pre-post creme
    Brush: Thater
    Scuttle: G5
    Soap: Mitchells Wool Fat
    Razor: Charlex #60
Post: Proraso AS/ AOS ASB unscented
Result: 3 passes and not up to the standards I usually have been experiencing lately. Smooth, relaxing, shave, no irritation. Back to the hones with this one. But, still the best way to start the day that I know of!

Today I visited a construction area (German Autobahn A72).
One of my clients (construction engineer) invited me.

And after returning I had a smooth shave with the Castagnon
