The day is starting way too busy already. No time for a shave, off to work before the sun comes up!

Prep: Hot Shower/ Proraso pre-post creme
    Brush: AOS Pure Badger
    Scuttle: G5
    Soap: MNS Orange, Cedarwood,Black Pepper
Razor: Otto Busch 'WorldMaster #137' 13/16" in Blood Red acrylic scales w/original wedge
Post: Proraso AS/ Nivea Lotion unscented
Result: I rescaled this razor in red G10, the original scales were shot, but a beautiful blade demanded use! The G10 was my first rescale and the material was way too thick and unbalanced the razor. I got some blood red acrylic and patterned the scales after the originals, they came out really nice. The red looks almost black until the light hits it, and the white wedge adds a nice contrast. The balance is perfect now and what a difference it made in ease of stropping. MNS O|C|BP lathered up a dream and 3 passes to shaving Nirvana! Off to work feeling like a king! Here's a before pic, once I figure out why I can't upload pics, I will post new ones...

Nothing too Earth shattering to share today. I woke up with a throat feeling like I unsuccessfully tried to swallow a lump of steel wool...so I took the easy way out and grabbed the round toe Hart. That thing is amazing. I think I need to start collecting heavy grinds to test my theory that this is the reason it seem to work so well. Two passes and no need for a third!

Connected after shave balm (wife loves it)

Not sure if I like the Hydrogen. I'll give it a couple more shaves before I decide. The Wester was a fantastic shave. Of course I wouldn't expect anything less coming off of Glen's bench.
