Thanked: 247
Thanks, gentlemen. 2012 has been an amazingly difficult year. I am so thankful for the relationships I have enjoyed and the discoveries I have made that bring me peace. A good shave is one of those events that brings me peace.
That probably sounds like the craziest thing in the world to anyone that is not a member of this forum, but it is true.
I thank the members here for the lessons I have been taught.
Seriously, thank you all!

Thanks to all for a week of eye candy, Ideas, and fellowship!
Hot shower prep
Razor: Barbasol “Floating Head” DE ~
Blade: modern Personna Red
Soap: Stroker’s Find
Mug: Vintage Coffee Mug
Brush: Rubberset 20mm Boar
Aftershock: Styptic Pencil
Splash: Modern Barbasol aftershave
Teacher:”Little Jimmy, can you spell “aggressive?”” “Yeah!..BARBASOL!”
The blade angle on this razor is the difference between a shave and frozen sections! The blade did the job in two and the Styptic in one. The heavy handle wants to make the blade angle as a scraper and raising the handle...a microtome! All in all; a good shave!
The fun of trying things makes the day go a bit better and quicker!
~Richard
PS. Anyone have the dates of Barbasol razor production??

After a three pass shave yesterday, there really wasn't much to shave today but it was a nice relaxing shave just the same.Last edited by 1OldGI; 11-24-2012 at 08:53 PM.
