Here’s a great shaver. This one houses a spare blade in the box. BASSGUY made the brush. It’s a great little brush.

A belated post
Saturday late night / Sunday very early morning
Hot water prep
John Creswick Celebrated razor - New Forest 2223 badger brush - Coate's SC - cold water splash - Truefit & HIll 1805 ASB - hot towel - D.R. Harris Arlington AS
Technically, I didn't really need to shave, but I needed the relaxation. The Creswick is a fine blade. The patina and pitting comes out really hard in this picture, but in real life this blade looks just fine and is one of those ones that you just don't want a mirror shine on... The shave relaxed me, had a hot shower afterwards and slept like a rock after that.

Thanked: 3223Pre - Alum block
Strop - 3 inch bridle leather/hard felt
Brush - SOC 2 band badger
Razor - Premier Cutlery Co "Premier King"
Soap - Vitos Red+TBS Macca Root with 3 drops glycerin, 1 drop lanolin and 1 drop African Black Soap
Scuttle - Robert Becker
Post - Alum Block followed with Thayers witch hazel
Revisited the hones since yesterdays shave with this razor. Huge improvement today with yesterday's irritation virtually gone for a good close and comfortable 3 pass shave. Need to improve my honing skills.
Added the Black African Soak to see what it would do as a single drop of this stuff produces tremendous amounts of lather when you wash your face with it. Not sure it did much with this uber lather so tomorrow I will try it with a single soap and see what happens.
Have a good shave and enjoy your day of rest.

Hey all. Yesterday I was able to meet up with a fellow SRP member, Magpie. He was kind enough to show me how to hone up my new vintage straight from start to finish and I gotta tell you I got a great shave from it. He was a super nice guy and it was great to be able to meet someone from the forum!!
Pre: Hot Shower
Brush: Pure Badger
Cream: Art of Shaving Lavender
Razor: Perry Niagra
Post: Clubman Aftershave followed by Real Shaving Company Balm.
There is always a solution, whether it's already present or if you have to make it.
