Prep - Hot shower; wash face with Sapone a base di latte Verbena, from Santa Maria Novella
    Razor - Gens #14, 15/16
Cream - Musgo Real Spiced Citrus, with a few drops of glycerin
Brush - Crowley & Tosh silvertip badger
Post - Alum block followed with Acqua di Parma aftershave balm
Result - not bad. This was my first time using the Gens, which is new old stock from 40 years ago. I stropped only, to see how the blade would do right out of the box. I don't know if it was honed before I got it. I had a few weepers along the jaw line. I think this full hollow, very wide blade is a little springy, and needs some getting used to. It seems to need more finesse than, say, my Dovo 5/8 Half-hollow.
