    Wednesday

It was J A Hellberg frameback day today, with Body Shop Macca Root, D. R. Harris Bay Rum aftershave, Pashana Bay Rum hair tonic and Evaflor Whiskey Eau de Toilette. The shaving music for the morning was Mr Beethoven. I must say that the 1st movement of the 5th symphony was just a little too stern and serious for the event…

There was no reading at all done, coffee was stove-top mocca pot, breakfast was muesli, music on the drive to work was Ben Harper (Diamonds on the Inside) and then a mix (which included The Cult, Gotye, Foster the People, Smashing Pumpkins, Nine Inch Nails, The Stone Roses…). There was no workout at lunch; lunch was kippers and salad, ½ at 1030 and ½ at 1350 while working.

Mood was jaded fading in to happy contentment
