    Sorry for the oily blades and the crappy quality of the photos

    An Picard 68 rue de Rivoli Paris (what a prestigious adress), "forcement excellent"

    an PG, French I guess, a very narrow wedge

    At last a Matlock Westminster (London), with a french type scales (bone with bone spacer) from the 1800/1815 area, I'm not sure but I think it's could be made in France, the point is typical of the french barber style of the beginning of the XIX, maybe it's sells better with a prestigious english adress on it ? or, maybe some Grognard took it on the remains of en "habit rouge" during the Napoleonic wars ? Whatever the point, a very soft steel : a real pleasure to hone and to shave with...I bet it's english steel, french one is not so tender;

    The soap is a really cheap Altesse, but nearly as good as Martin de Candres, the brush is Boar's hair, very very soft, and much better than a lot of badger hairs !
